 I. Equipment structure and working principle 

1.Multi-wire cutting system 

- Diamond rope saw (diameter 6.3-7.3mm) is used to achieve high-precision cutting, and 57-85 plates can be cut at a single time (depending on the model) 

- The main motor power is 180-250kW, the line speed is 0-35m/s adjustable, and the cutting path can be controlled by the PLC system. 

2.Automated control 

 Equipped with a laser tracker to monitor the shape of rough materials in real time and automatically optimize the cutting scheme to reduce waste. 

 Support three-dimensional three-dimensional cutting, and control the saw blade to walk independently at different heights through the program. 

 II. Processing process 

1.Rough material pretreatment 

- Check the size of the rough material (maximum 3300×3500×2000mm), and the bottom surface needs to be repaired first. 

- Identify defects such as color spots and dark cracks, and process them in segments as needed (for example, when the color line width is ≥200mm) 

2.Cutting stage 

 -After the rough material is fixed, the thickness tolerance (20mm±5mm) should be checked immediately after the first three pieces are cut. 

 -The cooling water flow rate is 1800L/min to prevent the diamond rope from overheating. 

 3.Post-processing 

- After cutting, the plate is trimmed by a horizontal cutting machine, and the leveling machine uses 4 sets of diamond grinding wheels (particle size 46-1000 mesh) to level. 

- The polishing line adopts 14 grinding heads (the first 10 grinding + the last 4 polishing), and finally grinding the edge chamfer. 

 III. Technical advantages
